Greetings To All Thunder Ridge POA Members
At our annual meeting on September 12, I was elected as your president for the coming year. We have a
Board of 5 individuals, full time residents, who are dedicated to performing our duties in the best
interests of you, our fellow property owners. We welcome your ideas and input and we thank you for
placing your trust in us with your vote.
We hope all who are able will attend the Board meetings on the 2nd Tues of each month. We had a very
good turn out this year at the annual meeting with spirited discussions on several issues.
For most of last year, there were only 3 Board members, due to 2 resignations because of job issues.
This meant extra work for these 3, and I want to thank them for the good job they did and for all that
they accomplished, thank you Alan, Gary and Chuck.
My primary goal for the next year is to encourage a spirit of openness between the Board and the property
owners, so that the Board can have a clear understanding of what the property owners want to see
accomplished.
Best Regards,
Cora Whiting
President, Thunder Ridge POA Board
